It’s crazy to think that I’ve known Lori for about 12 years.  She and my (then)boyfriend/(now)husband became friends during their freshman year in college at ECU.  Pretty much everyone from that group remains in touch to this day – all thanks to marching band!

First Comes Love, Then Comes Marriage, Then Comes Baby…

Ever since Matt came into the picture, Lori has glowed.  These two are meant to be together and are always so happy.  They love.  They love each other and they love those around them.  I just know they’re going to make amazing parents, and they’re finally in the home stretch!  Baby girl will be making her big debut oh-so-soon, and I can’t wait to meet her for a newborn lifestyle session when she does.

Raleigh has amazing parks, gardens, and other fun spots for a maternity session.  This is a great opportunity to get a snapshot of you lovebirds before a baby joins the mix, and – trust me on this – life will never be the same!

The love you have for each other now will grow exponentially through the new little life you’re bringing into the world, you’ll be exhausted and won’t be able to sleep for at least a few more years, and the whole dynamic of your relationship as you know it will forever be changed.  But oh, is it worth it.
