More friends-through-friends from college, Meagan and Steven attended East Carolina University with me in Greenville, NC. Â Funny thing is, Meagan and I actually went to HIGH SCHOOL together in Raleigh, and didn’t even realize it until close to the shoot! Â Small world, huh? Â So anyways, these two lovebirds got engaged last year and they wanted me to be their engagement photographer last summer. Â It was so much fun, we found some great spots in common areas around town that it just took a little exploring and imagination. Â I hadn’t laughed so hard in a session in a while.. we came across some of the strangest things while we were out! Â (hidden skate park, something really smelly, kids loitering under the bridge we were on.. the list continues!) Â It taught me a lesson to always explore and to not be afraid of trying new things! Â We took a few risks and they definitely paid off.
They got married last year, and have since moved to Texas where they are stationed in the US Army.
Thanks again to these sweethearts for letting me be their photographer.. Â Their love for each other is so sweet, real, and genuine.. those are the best kinds of couples around, and I am so lucky to have crossed paths with them!
